Drug Testing:


Employee drug testing is very important program to keep workplace safe, secure and drug free. Drug testing options: Pre-employment, Random, Reasonable Suspicion, Post-Accident, Return for duty, Follow –up, Personal testing, Court ordered and others.

We perform DOT and none DOT drug testing.

We offer different urine drug tests which include Panel-5, Panel -7, Panel 10 , Comprehensive drug test and others tests:

Panel 5 - includes Marijuana, Cocaine, Opiates (codeine/morphine), PCP, Amphetamines (amphetamine/methamphetamine).
Panel 7 - includes panel 5 + MDA-Analogues and 6 AM (Acetyl morphine)
Panel 10 – includes panel 5 + Barbiturates, Benzodiazepines, Methadone, Methaqualone Propoxyphene.
Comprehensive Drug test - includes panel 5 + Barbiturates, Benzodiazepines, Methadone, Methaqualone, Hydrocodone, Hydromorphone, Oxymorphone, Oxycodone, Propoxyphene
Hair drug analysis panel 5 – includes standard drugs for panel 5. This type of test can determine presence of drug/metabolites in the hair if donor used drug during last couple months. Hairs are taken from the head.
Blood alcohol test (ethyl) – this is invasive test (venipuncture).


We use SAMSHA certified LABs for DOT Tests. Samples collection are performed at Complete Med Care at Dallas, TX Samples collected before 5 p.m. are sent out the same day. Turnaround time can be between 1- 4 days depending on the test and result. Fees may vary depending on company volume and tests required

DOT exam
This exam is performed for commercial motor vehicle (CMV) drivers. The physical examination you take for your medical certificate confirms that you are healthy enough to safely perform the demanding job of a CMV driver and keep our US roads safe.

MRO (Medical review officer) exam for verification drug test result
An essential component of any drug testing is a comprehensive MRO final review of laboratory results as well as an interview with donor of the specimen to discover whether or not an acceptable medical explanation exists for the laboratory result.

This MRO exam is performed when drug test result is none-negative or other donors health issues are involved and need clarification for physician to verify lab result or donor status.

OSHA Respirator Medical Evaluation Questionnaire:

OSHA mandates medical clearance exams for all employees requiring even “occasional” use of a respirator.

Certification of Completion are issued by e-mail normally in couple business hours and cost $25 .00 per examinee (volume discount available). An occasional delay occurs when the employee needs to be contacted by phone to clarify one or several answers before the exam result can be completed. What is a respirator medical evaluation?

It could be an "in-person" medical examination that obtains the same information as the medical questionnaire. The OSHA Respirator Medical Evaluation Questionnaire (Mandatory) Appendix C to Section 1910.134 is designed to identify general medical conditions that could place a worker at risk of serious medical consequences, if a respirator is used.

Many employers think that all employees subject to respirator use must have a Pulmonary Function Test (PFT). The fact is that OSHA does not require a PFT for respirator certification.

If the OSHA respirator exam results determine that PFT is required (about 3% or less), it can be done at Complete Med Care, Dallas, TX or other facilities.
